When paying with a credit card: Just follow the on-screen prompts to complete
your order.
Some orders are subject to Verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or
identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and ship-to information is
legitimate. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple call-back
or a fax. If your order requires Verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail.
This is why it's important that you leave both phone number and e-mail address when ordering and that you keep your
information current.
The other way to process your order whan billing and shipping addresses don't match is to send us Money Order.
Complete the order as you would pay with a credit card, in the field marked as "card number" put word "Money Order",
in the field marked as "Card Holder's Name" put word "Money Order" and place your order.
Make sure to write down the total amount for your purchase before placing your order.
Than buy a Money Order (Make sure your money order is made payable to Hydro Depot) and mail it to:
